So now that SERO is gone what benefit do these plans really get you over the regular plans? Take the 500 minute plan. It is $10 less a month and you get an extra 50 minutes of calling time. Are there any other advantages/disadvantages? Are Sprint Employees still providing email addresses and last 3 digits of employee id through this forum?
Their are a couple other advantages that I know of: You get everything, including navigation if your phone can use it. (Many had problems with some of the other add-ons like text with the old Sero plans) You can use any device with the plans (the old sero plans started putting restrictions on what phone you can use. No BB or pda phone for example)
But isnt that exactly the same as the normal SImply Everything plans except for the $10 and 50 minute difference?
Yes it is. I misread your post. I thought you were wanting the difference between the old Sero and New Sero (Everthing plus). Still an extra 50 minutes and $10 off is a nice deal to me.
Doesn't Sprint offer corporate discounts? Granted, $10 off $60 is slightly better than 15%, but many on AT&T and Verizon are managing 20% discounts. This basically just acts like a corporate discount for those who might not be otherwise eligible. A far cry from the bargain basement SERO rates.
This may be a bit late, but this thread should answer your question: Sprint Employee E-Mail Address + CID for SEP Plans (SERO Replacements)
