ENSEMBLE Phone Transfers

    Why oh why does it take an act of congress to have a phone number transferred over from Ensemble billing system to a business account, not to say the on hold time it took. Right now I am still on hold after talking with a rep for 5 min's and then back on hold again. Total on hold time has now been 35 min. At this rate Spring will not only lose the $45.00 a month from her bill but lose the $279.00 from my business account. Sprint get a clue:censored:----------

    Sorry to hear of your troubles. CS can be quite frustrating at times. Any particular reason you posted about a sprint issue in the t-mobile section?
