Ebay Trader warning on T720 Desktop Charger Item

A seller on ebay enforcetrading has been advertising this Desktop Charger as Compatible for a T720.

Well in the picture you see a v60 series phone but it says it is Compatible. So I figured a T720 would fit as did other I now have learned. Well I have been a ebay shopper for a ling time and never had a problem with any items untill now.

This item did not even ship untill 10 days after I paid.

When it arrived the Desktop Charger was not for a T720.

I emailed them and it took 4 days for them to reply ( Im on my 3rd email back to them )

This is what they wrote to me.

Dear Peter,

Have you tried charging the phone on the charger? The
phone should hold in place and is compatible. It will
not damage your phone in any way. As stated the
charger would be compatible. Please do try to charge
the phone. There should be no problem with the phone
being charged.

Now on enforcetrading website is a page with that charger..
Desktop Charger
No place does it state a T720 will fit. No page on that site is that Charger
sold for a T720.

I feel as if I was ripped off. Yes I do know not for a lot of $$$ but it is my $$
and others that were ripped off feel the same.

By your definition:
A size 9 1/2 shoe would fit me if I took out the insole and did
not wear socks. By displaying the Picture in your add with a Phone
sitting in a the Desk top charger, you are showing how a phone is designed
to fit in the charger base. You did not post a photo of a T720 just sitting
on the connecter. I now feel you are deliberately misleading with your ad, by
the two responses I have received telling me the same thing.

To resolve this problem I would like to do one of the following:

1. Refund my Paypal the amount you list on your website for the sale price $4.99 for that item and send me a sticker you printed form stamps.com for for the BOX and the returned Desktop Charger Base and I will mail it back to you (it only cost you 2.10 to ship it to me). I will leave a Positive feedback for the items I received that were satisfactory.

2. Refund my Paypal the amount you list on your website for the sale price $4.99 and I toss it in the trash. I will leave a Positive feedback for the Items I received that were satisfactory.

Nope hes still selling them on Ebay so is somebody else.

Look and see Current Ebay auctions for Desktop Charger/2in1 DATA CABLE motorola T720

I'm giving them untill Tuesday to contact me! Since Monday is MLK day. After that, let the papaework fly.

UPDATE: As of today, 20 people Ihave contacted have purached the Desktop charger for this company (But most likely, more). and feel as if the company was misleading at least. A 21st person just did BUY now and I contacted them to let them know.

Since my last Email enforcetrading has not replied to me.

I contacted the BBB in that area to see if they are a member (the link at BBB for find a member is not working).

Fastlivin, I happy to know I saved one person from making a mistake. My mistake was a LOW $ one better that than a MEGGA BUCKS MISTAKE.

Well I just got a Email from Eforcity

however would work with the charger. What you can do
is take advantage of our 30 day exchange or store
credit policy. If you are not satisfied with your
item you can return it to us for store credit or
exchange for other item(s). If you want you can also
try the charger out for 2 weeks, if it does break off
you can return it to us and we can exchange it or give
you store credit for the item.

What you can do is fill out the form in back of the
invoice and put the invoice form and the item back
into the box. Seal up the box and put "return to
sender" you should not get charged for returning the
item back to us.

Well after getting a less than satisfactory reply from enforctraging I gave them a POOR feed back with a BADTRADER WEBPAGE in my feedback remarks!

I also contacted the BBB and the US Postal Office.
