After a year and a half of owning the 3589i as my backup, I just realized that I don't know how to change the earpiece volume on this phone and cannot find it anywhere. :O

    Could someone please help?

    Thanks Much

Use the arrow keys while on a call. You can't have any numbers on the display while adjusting volume (or else the phone assumes you want to edit the numbers and not adjust the volume)...

    ...I think.

Thanks, I just tried it and on mine, it is the left and right side arrows. Left is decrease volume and the right increase...weird, up and down would have made a lot more sense.
