early termination fees?

    I pay for two lines on VZW, for my wife and me, that are included on my one monthly bill.

    If we both wanted to cancel our service, would I pay 2x the early termination fee?

    Yes, unfortunately it would be 2x since it will considered as cancelling two lines of service.

    You're right, but pro-rated so it's not as bad as I'd thought.

    It's only prorated for those customers who started/renewed their contract after the date when Verizon made the prorated ETF effective.

    Hopefully, in your case, your ETF is prorated. I'm guessing you've already verified this with Verizon?
