Sometimes my E815 does not ring at all. I have 1-2 signal bars. My phone was not on vibrate or silent. It was on loud. The voicemail beeps and I check my received calls and there was nothing on it. Its like I turned my phone off and the voicemail picks up immediately. I also noticed that there is a lag in the ring of the cell phone. I called my cell from a land line. I hear 2 rings on the landline before my cell starts to ring. By the time the 4th ring on the landline the voicemail picks up. So in reality, I only hear ~ 1-2 rings on the cell before the voicemail kicks in. What's the deal here? Is it because i have weak signals or thats the way verizon works?
Call Customer care and make sure the number of rings it takes before your voicemail picks up is set to the maximum.
