even more reasons for me to root. I just have to make it through 2 more weeks of crazy busy @ work with mutliple FEMA evaluations, then I'll have some time to fiddle around! Or I'll wait until I get my tonsils out. Lots of free time when I can't talk, then!

But then, maybe VZW will have the 2.1 OTA out. I may want to be the administrator over my phone, so maybe I'll root.

That's not good. Reviews seem pretty mixed so far. I would like to try it, but my MyTouch is 1.6. :(

My OTA 2.1 is installing as I type!!! I found a site yesterday that didn't work with the native browser yesterday & am interested to see how Dolphin HD handles it.

    Bahahahahahah.... :lmao:

Why would I pay $30-$40 more to get a newer OS but have no coverage in two areas I travel to. ;)

The Dolphin browser is ok, but if you make it the default then Google in the native browser, it will open your choice in the dolphin browser. Wasn't at all happy with that. I switched to the native because Dolphin wasn't handling Shutterfly's certificate correctly & wouldn't open. The native browser (once I set it back to default) worked perfectly at Shutterfly.
