Does Sprint really charge $3 per call to cust service??

    I keep reading about this $3 charge to speak to a CSR. Is this true? Is it on all plans? Where is this disclosed to the end user?

    Don't believe everything you hear. It's not true unless you have credit problems and were given a special type of account called ASL. Even then you will not likely be charged to call customer service unless it's something that could have been taken care of thru Claire or online. You would be warned about this first.

    Thanks! I do not have the ASL or Clear Pay plan-so I must be ok.
