Anybody know, did AT&T take down the CDMA (on RFB) and Analog on the old Dobson and RFB networks that were bought with the Dobson Purchase in MI?

I believe that when Dobson acquired RFB, they started to transition a lot of those customers to GSM because they laid a GSM-overlay to most of the network. And there was a press release by AT&T a while back that they were terminating Analog and TDMA on Dobson's networks by March of 08. So, I'm not sure if the CDMA is completely down, but for sure the Analog and TDMA would be.
