    On the contrary..here's how it works:

    First you need a showerhead that unscrews. Then you crush Butter-rum lifesavers into a fine powder, and place it in the shower head. They won't notice while they shower, but when they dry off, they whole body turns to fly paper...and they don't know why. First reaction: Back in the shower...where they make it worse!

    BTW: I get my other (green) X5 tommorrow...yea! Selling a whole 4400 package on ebay...everyone ignored the Startac, and it went for $20 (and was in real nice condition, too!)

    Yeah, and...get this. I got my Green X5 yesterday that I got on ebay (just won a blue one for $15.00 too...someone stop me. Anyway, I put my TID on the Green one because the grove pattern grips a heckuva lot better than the "bolt" (latest) pattern. So my two are exactly like this: [​IMG]

    The difference in how it grips is dramatic.

    I don't think I'll have the duckets for a full fledged knife like those for a while, but even thought you don't like them, I do like this one: [​IMG] Though I would probably get a "name brand." I have seen one of these exactly like it made by S&W.

    I saw that Emerson, but the S&W is the same smurfing thing (plus it is half-serrated) and is $25, compared to that Emerson at $80.

    I think TAD, prob Texas Tac, def call Strider directly to double check. Call them and check at TAD, I think I've heard them mention that before. The guys at Strider are all former military

    Hmmm...Last time I ordered from them was '96, so I don't remember. Their stuff is definatley heavy duty. If you ever need a good backpack, get a blackhawk.

    Depends on what you are using it for I guess. Surefires will blind you all right, but they aren't as tough and everything on an inova lasts longer, plus Inovas are waterproof, Surefire are not.. I don't wanna change batteries or bulbs every hour. Thats why I love these things...I play in the dark a lot and they are indestructible.

    Why would CSI not be using Inovas, Inova makes 2 cop lights: Blue (for contrast..make blood stand out) and a very strong UV light, as a small portable alternative to those big lights they use for looking for fingerprints.

    Endorsements. Why else would every single person on 24 use Sprint??

    You know, I have never watched a single episode of ANY CSI?? But I am a die-hard 24 fan. Tonight will be a good episode.

    Yeah, Nextel is still a Cop phone. Cops love thier walkie-talkies. The people in CTU (24) don't have time for that PTT crap.

    Holy Crap! Check out the new Surefire I just found. Looks like it has a built in TID on BOTH sides! I magine this would be pretty nasty with a 120-lumen lamp in it.

    Those bezels aren't sharp. They're designed to leak light if the light is placed bezel down. I have no idea what you would want that for. The tailcap also has a bezel, but supposedly that's to prevent accidental depression of the button. I think it's more designed to be used like a small pipe instead of a face squishing device.
    I'm eyeballing the Surefire L1 and it's kinda tempting, but really pricey. Those Inovas you emailed me about were sweet though.
