Unfortunately a free solution has been available for a while.

    You're thinking DCT-4, not DCT-3

None of those links are for REMOTE unlocking, they all require a cable. And why are you so quick to accuse me of ripping people off? I'm not trying to rip anyone off here. I have a very reputable remote unlocking business that I'm advertising. Thank you for wasting my time, and I especially thank you now for letting me waste yours.

That's simple - if people ask I offer codes and unlocking for free.
You try to charge people using free comcast server(!) and free software(!)...
This is first time I hear of "a very reputable remote unlocking business" on free server with no domain name.
I don't beleive in internet business of reselling something which is already free!

That's fine, I used to do it for free also, but then I realized that the time that I take out of my life to give out unlock codes is money that I can be making. And why pay for a domain name when I can do the same job just as well on a site that my internet provider offers me for free? It's just my part-time hobby, not a career, so whatever. Anywho....

Remote unlocking the DCT-3 by IMEI has not been available until now.

No debate its fact. Your references are to Eeprom Tools by cable NOT by IMEI
