I just noticed the other day that Sprint is breaking out how much of my data usage occurred while roaming domestically. See attached screenshot. Anyone else seeing this? Maybe I haven't been paying attention for the past few months... I can't say that I've ever been at risk of roaming too much but it's always nice to know how much I'm using every month.
The OLAM was closed Saturday for changes and upgrades. This must be one of the changes. I have some roaming data too posted from my trip to Tennessee. They should have done this with minutes as well. I don't know why this wouldn't already be done.
I agree with you, I think they should have this for minutes as well. At least roaming calls are denoted on the bill with the designated domestic roaming code. We've never had a clue in the past on how much data roaming was being done.
Yup, mine has disappeared as well. I have no idea what's going on. International data roaming is still showing up tho:
My final bill generated, no mention/breakdown of domestic data roaming. I guess it was only a temporary thing on the OLAM.
I bet people freaked out and slammed CS with worries of roaming so they shut it off. Cingular did the same thing with the alpha tag "Cingular Roam". People were slamming 611 worried about roaming charges and this made them mad. So they changed it to Extend...and then did away with any different alpha tag altogether.
