Data issue?

    Almost all day yesterday my blackberry didnt display the EDGE next to the signal indicator, it just said GSM, and the data was completely down, was anyone else with this problem at all?? EDGE came back around 11:30pm last night.

    absolutely nothing to do with the buyout, that was alittle naive. It was a backhaul issue.

    Anytime a blackberry loses the EDGE or GPRS it can also be a Blackberry server problem as well. About 6 months ago Blackberry lost its servers for a couple of hours.

    didnt mean to bite your head off, too many people on the forums bash carriers with out knowledge of the circumstances and it gets old.
