There was a post here with all the numbers of TMobile customer care, I have searched for it and can not find it anywhere. It had all the numbers to avoid the prerecorded messages. Where is it?
Thank you Sonix, but the list of numbers I remember was long and by department. Perhaps I saw it somewhere else?
I believe all of the CC numbers automatically redirect to the IVR system now. I used to have a backdoor number and it has not worked in some time. I didn't try the number posted above.
I tried the 1-877-369-4588 just today. Didn't get a real person but message said you could wait for "tech support" or leave a phone number and they will return your phone call within so many minutes. So no longer a real human number. Also the web www.gethuman.com has full listings of major companies and ways to get past the automated operator. The owner of the site was interviewed on the Today Show this week. I hope I'm not in vialation of this site for giving the web site information. Thanks Greg
