I am writing to you because Verizon Wireless is corrupt and out for money. Don't trust them and don't trust this site either. I have already filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and I want a class action suit to be filed. If you have been wronged by Verizon Wireless, please file a claim with the Better Business Bureau. We can bring down this company. They have already had three class actions suits in the last year. One more and possibly the government steps in and closes them. You get your money back and Verizon Wireless terminates. What joy we will have then. Please PM me for more questions and/or if you have filed a claim. Let's take this company down!!!1
At one time I worked for VZW as a Customter Service rep. I wish I could relate to you just how many times I heard threats just like this. "I'm going to the Better Business Bureau." "I'm taling to my state Public Utilities Commission." "I'm talking to my state Attorney General." "I'm taking VZW to court." That was years ago. VZW is still in business and just as strong (maybe stonger) than ever. So Good luck with your plan but don't expect much except a large waste of your time.
Not really sure what this thread is about, or what Verizon did to you, but when you say that Verizon is "out for money" of course it is! They are a business. Verizon isn't your friend, they are a business. If you don't like whatever it is they do, try another business, like AT&T, because they haven't ever pissed off anyone before.....
As a business owner I can say that these types of threats don't scare me. BBB- You maintain an excellent rating by simply responding to the letter of complaint that the BBB sends you. That's it. Its usually like "The customer was advised our policy was clearly stated on their receipt, and the full terms & conditions are posted on the wall in our customer lobby." is enough to satisfy them and maintain out excellent rating. "I'm going to sue"- Usually an empty threat to try and bully a business, rarely does anything ever get to court, and if I let it go to court, I know I'm 100% right. This isn't my first trip to the rodeo. I have never lost a case. "I'm going to call ..." (Insert local news, or Gov't agency). As long as I'm in the right, and our policies are clearly stated, there is no problem.
Everytime I heard somebody mentioning that they would take the company to court, I would laugh. Apparently they did not notice their service agreement which clearly states that they agree that they cannot go to court but agree to binding arbitration.
