I have a Yagi antennae rated for 800 MHz reception on wireless booster system (wilson)

the tower I receive the signal from Verizon Wireless is sending signals:

    SYSTEM:* 850 MHz, 1900 MHz, 700 MHz(future)

    *TECHNOLOGY:* CDMA, CDMA2000 1xEV-DO

I can switch to Yagi antennae with 1900 MHz capability-- will this improve my signal which is weak and intermittent?

You really need to get a dual band antenna for that application. You cannot switch the antenna to 1900.
