Trying to make this long story short...

I have been paying for both mine, and my parents plans for awhile now. Theirs is a Wireless/Landline combined bill, and mine is strictly wireless.

There are 4 lines total. (2 on each account.)

Between the 4 of us we have close to 15,000 rollover minutes. So we're paying for a lot of minutes we're not using.

I have done the math and if we combined them all it would save me about $90/month, at least.

I have spent the past 1.5 hours on the phone with AT&T Wireless, AT&T U-Verse, and AT&T Long-Distance... all who seem to believe combining is possible, but none who can seem to tell me how to make this happen...

Can anyone help me out with this?!

Ash, are both plans in your name or one in yours and one in your parents? Regardless, I believe it'll be much easier done at a corporate store than over the phone, but you'll need both responsible parties there.

One is in mine & one in Mom's. there's no issue though with doing a change of responsibility (or whatever they call it...)

Again, I believe (no first-hand knowledge) that if you do a COFR (Change Of Financial Responsibility) beforehand it'll be easier to unify both of your accounts. But I just don't have any faith in phone reps -- I've had much better luck in store than over the phone when migrating my individual Blue line to my wife's family plan.
