Cingular wiped my rollover!

    UPDATE: Good news, they found the phone, I finally got a smart rep... It was there since 7 days ago and 5 reps later they finally caught it.. I'M ANGRY.. but relieved at the same time.. he credited me and I paid my bill. Everything is fine for now.. first time in a LONG time i've had a horrible problem like this.
