Cingular settings for the V3 for WAP, Internet and text messaging

    Can anyone point me to the settings for the V3 for WAP, Internet and text messaging? My friend bought an unlocked V3 and it doesn't have any settings. He needs them. He's on Cingular. I use my AT&T SIM in a Cingular brand unlocked V3. I would guess the Cingular settings are different from AT&T.
