Cingular announces the launch of LG CU320

"The streaming of videos is made possible by Cingular's UMTS/HSDPA network. "

i wonder if Cingular always used this network, or did they just upgrade?

Cingular is in the process of upgrading its network to 3G....or UTMS/HSDPA. Right now its only available in large markets in key cities but is expected to grow rapidly over 2006/2007. The UTMS/HSDPA speed increase makes video easier to stream with a bigger pipeline.
