Cingular in Madison, WI

    I am going to be in Madison, WI for a conference, at the Olbrich Botanical Gardens on Atwood Ave. This is the first year I will be going without my trusty Verizon phone (which always had great coverage there BTW).

    So, anybody have any experience with Cingular coverage in and around that area?

    Charlyee....I've been through Madison...I've stayed in Madison and I've got lost in Madison :O I've always had good coverage....when I had my 6340i. Haven't been through there since last summer. I didn't have any problems.

    Thanks Shizam, good to know that you didn't have any problems. Madison is real easy to get lost, I have also gotten lost a few times. :)

    No problem. Yeah....I've circled that capitol building so many times it probably needed a new paint job. That building makes me think I'm in Washington D.C......although I've never been there.

    Anyhow....just had to mention that.....sorry for going a bit off-topic.....

    Well I was in Madison yesterday. I had excellent coverage on my Cingular 6230 all the way there and back. When I called my "SO" from inside the conference building in the Botanical Gardens, the call clarity was so good that he thought I was calling from a landline :)
