My contract is finishing up soon with VZW, and have been with them way back when they were Bell Atlantic / NYNEX. Getting a little frustrated seeing commericals for Cingular and they're not even allowed to sell service here. Will their buyout of ATT wireless allow them to sell here finally in Pittsburgh, and when can we expect to see them. I want rollover minutes. :D

If AT&T has service in Pittsburgh then you will have Cingular service after the buyout. What you can do is signup with AT&T as soon as your VZ contract ends and you will automatically become a Cingular customer after the buyout occurs. After that, all you have to do is switch to a Cingular plan which of course will have Rollover.

If it ain't broke with Verizon don't fix it, the grass is not always greener. I would check around with people in and around Pitt for coverage with ATT GSM
