How is Cingular's coverage in Chautauqua County? I am primarily interested in how they perform near the lake.

Ok this Area is Fully Covered by Dobson
    (a roaming Partner of Cingular)
You can Swim in the Chautauqua Lake,
    a you'll have coverage.
    However this is 850 GSM
so T-Mobile needs to sell a Dual Band GSM
    to roam in Rural Areas.

No, you are at least 150 Miles away.
    Seneca is closer to Syracuse.
Chautauqua is closer to Erie, Pa

There is good partner coverage in that area but as someone previously stated you will need a phone that picks up both 850 & 1900.
