Cingular 3 way calling

    How is it billed?

    ie -

    Phone A gets a call from Sandy

    Phone A 3 ways Bob

    Phone A hangs up.

    Can Bob and Sally still talk and on whose minutes?

    You are billed 2x minutes while on three way, and the call would terminate upon phone A hanging up.

    That's correct, when phone A hangs up, all connections are terminated.

    I understand the 2X billing for the minutes

    But If I am in my home area and this happens on a weekend (I get free unlimited nights and weekends)
    Can I use my free nights and weekends for the minutes or does this come out of package minutes?

    It would then be free on the weekends since unlimited minutes x 2 = unlimited minutes

    If minutes are unlimited then of course its free. However, Cingular is no longer offering unlimited off-peak minutes.
