Charging a H700

I am having problems charging my H700. It is about 4 months old. Before when I plugged the unit in the light went red the green when charged. Now it shows red for 1 second then turns green. I can only talk for about 45 min. Is there a reset setting or do I have to buy a new one? Help!!

If its only 4 mo old then its still under warranty. get it exchanged.
