I didn't know Sprint charge for CS. If you call in and abuse the CS, you deserve it. The CS representatives are human like you and they just do their jobs. If somehow you are not satisfied with them, talk to the superviser, or call back to talk to someone else. I call to Sprint CS many times and they are very nice. However, their knowlege and personality are different. Some are easy to talk with, some are not. I ask them a lot of questions, requesting them to switch the phones for me, and they never charge me a cent. They're willing to do everything free for you if you know how to deal and treat them. If you're charge for bad credit, then it is another story. If you use it, you have to pay for it. But they should not charge you in this case. They should give you some warnings and terminate your service if you don't pay. They are like you, need money to survive. I paid late one time and they send me a message to my phone. If I'm not happy with Sprint, I just quit and go with others. No complain.
