Yeah, last night my friend in Colorado called me (I live in PA) and we talked for about 3 hours. According to her plan, the call should have been free. But for some reason my T-Mobile To GO phone was charged 40 BUCKS for the call, when I didn't make the call in the first place. Anyone know why? I use the red t-mobile to go flip phone.
Unless you get free incoming on your pay as you go plan any call made to your phone will use your minutes.
:welcome: to WirelessAdvisor! On T-Mobile To Go, the customer is charged minutes for all calls, both incoming and outgoing. If you purchased a 1,000 minute card for $100.00 which comes out to .10/minute and would also give you one year to use them, that call would only have cost you $18.00. The cost per minute on To Go is more expensive when the smaller-denominated cards ($10-25-50) are added to an account.
