Changing to a new phone with Verizon Wireless within 30/60 days?

    I just renewed my contract with Verizon Wireless from DigitalChoice to Americas Choice digital plan. I completed my two year contract and just signed for another year. I got a new Motorola v120c phone from them and hate it. They charged me the $49.99 plus tax ($52.49) for the phone.

    Can I exchange this phone at a Verizon store or via mail with them and get a credit for $50 to another phone? I only received this phone late last week and already hate it. Thanks for your help!

    Go into a verizon store they have a 15 day period for new customers so I would assume that upgrades would be the same. Also lewt customer care know how unhappy you are with the phone. I would go and get the lgvx1 etc.
