I have a Motorola ROKR Z9 (which I hate) that is a CDMA locked phone. I want to buy a new GSM unlocked phone and program it to work on my account with my same number. Can anyone tell me how to program the new phone to work with ALLHELL without having to go to them? They told me (which I know from reading other posts is not true) that it can't be done and they can only program phones they sell.

It won't work anyway. It would be like trying to use a DSL Modem on a cable hookup. It just won't work unless it is designed for both. Why? CDMA and GSM are two different technologies. Now if you wanted to you could find an old Alltel phone for sale on places like eBay or see if they would activate a Verizon phone.
