this is a technical question.....I have a phone that I want to use on my Verizon service. Everytime I go into the office they want to sell me a new one. I am technically literate can anyone give me instructions to log on and change the ESN for my current phone number to the ESN of my other phone....email me at jfricker@hotmail.com......
Jabba--Depending on the market in which you live, you might be able to activate a new phone via the Internet. Go to www.vzw.com and either login to your existing VZServe account or start an account. Once you have logged in and are at the main screen, you might see a link to the right saying "Activate Phone." If you don't see it, then you don't have this capability in your market. I'm in the Atlanta market, and I have it. Where do you live?
