OK I am at a loss here. We have 3 seperate Metro PCS cell phones all of them worked fine until 10 am today. NOW WE CANNOT CALL OUT OR IN FROM OUR HOME LOCATION. i DROVE ABOUT 5 MILES AWAY FROM HOME AND THE PHONE WAS FINE. Metro is not known for their customer service and after an hr on the phone with them and tech support. I was told that they would right a repair ticket and I should call them in 5 days to see what the results were. My problem is that these phones are it for us no land line. I called Metro over my computer through Google which worked fine. Has anyone expereinced this kind of problem? if so what can be done to fix this? Thanks

Sounds like a localized tower outage. There is nothing more you can do, other than contacting them and getting others to do the same.
