    my boyfriend is in panama city panama. he uses a samsung flip phone and we were told that he can use it down there. does anyone know if this is true ? he uses the $50 reloadable at&t go phone cards on his phone.

    To use a local SIM you have to unlock your phone. It's better to use other company international SIM card.
