OK as the title says I canceled one of my accounts I purchased my phone over the phone and returned it via UPS almost a month ago. I purchased my phone with a credit card UPS tracking showed that it has been delivered there. So how long should it take before I see a refund on my card???
Good luck. It once took me nearly 4 months to get a credit back from Sprint even with the tracking number proving that they had received the phone. Call them and keep calling until you get verbal confirmation that a credit has been issued. Once this happens it should take less than 5 business days to post to your account. If it doesn't, dispute the charge with your card company. Give them the tracking number and let them fight with Sprint on your behalf. Sorry to hear you purchased over the phone. I will never order from Sprint telesales ever again. They are incompetent fools.
Always buy a phone from a store such as Fry's, Radio Shack, Costco, etc. That way if anything goes wrong it's much easier to return than mailing back to Sprint. Never put your faith in anyone over the mail because things go wrong all the time that way.
Could you have taken it back to the store, that way you know its in Sprint's hand.... I have done that before.
Well the problem is, is that I already exchanged once lol I am very picky with my phones. So they said they could only do it once.
