For anyone who is interested, I thought I would post this Canadian cell site map. Used by a google maps feature it shows you the different locations of cell sites. Simply type in the location of the area you're searching for and It will also tell you what carrier is on the tower. It's what I've been using for a long time now and it's pretty much up to date.
