My wife is having surgery, and wants to have her E815 ring only when our daughter or myself call, and be silent otherwise. Is this possible? If so, how do we do this? I have R'dTFM to no avail. Thanks in advance.

On most motos there is a setting to enable custom ringer ID's for each number in the phonebook. I would take a rarely used ring profile such as soft and set all the default sounds in that profile to silent. Then make sure that under that profile ringer ID's = ON. Then make sure that only the numbers you want to ring have custom ringers setup in their phonebook entries. Once this is done when the phone is placed in that ringing profile it will only ring when the specified numbers call in. All other calls will show on the display, but the phone will remain silent.

Bless you my son. This works like magic. As my wife said, like everything else, it's simple once you know the answer :D

Thanks again - she will now have a peaceful recovery!
