I finally got my bills straightened out by two reps tonight. I was only on hold for 3 minutes! They couldn't explain why I didn't get a paper copy of my datacard, and have no idea when I'll be able to see it. That is annoying, but there is nothing they can do. Now both accounts are paid and accurate for this month at least. I feel bad for the reps, this Ensemble stuff seems to be a mess.
I always tell people to call during off peak hours and have much less of a wait time. But nobody seems to listen to me. *shrug*
Larry I've called Sprint before at midnight and still been on hold for 45 minutes. Unless you call Sprint right when CS opens up in the early morning or use a special no hold number hold times with Sprint are awful.

No, I was planning on being a pilot when I picked the username Airb330 (Airbus 330). I decided against that and went into the sciences. I am not aware of 'funny noises' from a landing Airbus plane.
I've found that calling CS during off-peak hours will get you someone who speaks broken english and who doesn't know s#$%!!!
