For those of you who are involved in wireless site planning (primarily government planners and their attorneys), I'm going to be giving a lecture titled, "WIRELESS TOWER SITING 101 UNDER CALIFORNIA'S NEW SB 1627 LAW: A GUIDE FOR GOVERNMENT PLANNERS AND ATTORNEYS." The 3-hour lecture will be presented at a City of Cerritos community meeting center on 2/1/07, and again in Walnut Creek at their City Hall on 2/8/07. Special thanks to Annie Hylton and Paul Valle-Riestra for coordinating the use of their city facilities for SCAN's use. The lecture, which is presented by SCAN NATOA, is described in detail on the SCAN Chapter website at: http://scannatoa.org/calendar.html#Wireless Best regards, Jonathan
As an additional note for attorneys, there is an MCLE application pending with the State Bar of California for up to 2.5 hours of MCLE credit. See SCAN NATOA for more info. -jlk
