Hey guys. Thanks to your help I was able to get MPT working with my Verizon RAZR, and I sync my contacts and my calender with no trouble. One little thing is annoying me though. I can't seem to figure out how to shut of the little "calender appointment" notification. I just want to be able to check my schedule, I don't want any reminders, but I can't seem to figure out how to shut them off.

    Any ideas?

You dont have reminders on in Outlook on your comp first right? If you dont, and u believe it is your phone that is causing it, you can try going into the ring styles and then into the ring detail and go to alarms and make them silent, and possibly reminders? I forget exactly how the menu is setup, but I think you can make them silent if memory serves me correct...

On a Verizon V3m - you can change the alarm sound in Master Volume Detail, but, if you use the alarm clock function, a silent ringer is no good there - I'm pretty sure that calendar events and the alarm clock use the same sound setting

I think the alarm and the notification are two different sound settings, and I think I have figured out how to shut that off (I think you actually need to shut it off in both sound settings and in vibrate mode) but I still get the pop up alert window, that freezes my phone until I select OK. Thats the main nuisance.

I did go in and check and my outlook reminders are all set to off.
