It all depends on what number you call. But I don't remember ever having to wait past 10 minutes and it's usually 2 or 3. But I know the best numbers to call.

I think "was" is the key word in there. Lately I have had to wait as long as 15-20 mins and get a CS rep with no clue.

I have also waited 15 mins. for Cingular CS. The one good thing about Cingular is that the recording tells you in the beginning how long the approximate wait time is, so you can choose to wait or not.

Contrary to your experience I have found Sprint service to have much imporoved in the last year or so and I have not had to wait past 5 mins.

My favorite is still T-Mobile in how they handle customers and customer calls. I just wish they had as good a service as Cingular from where I need to use the phone from.

    Just my 2 cents....:)

Keep in mind how many new customers have recently signed up during the busy 4th quarter holiday season. It was a record quarter for some carriers. Right now we have a lot of newbies calling in to ask questions about their bills and stuff so we're still coming off of that period. Give it another couple of weeks and I'm sure the wait time will decrease.
