    The name change actually occured over a week ago if I remembered correctly. Weird how they get the idea to change it all of a sudden, lol.

    They've been pushing it hard, works for me. I've seen V ads all over the place - it's probably a nod to the VCast function too.

    The V: Vcast, Verizon... that's what I thought.
    I personally don't like the phone too much but I haven't seen too many ads for it.

    Oh, I feel like I see the ads everywhere--in my Time every week for the past few months. My brother actually got the 9800 for Christmas (I talked him into it over the Razor) - we haven't seen him since he got it if that tells you anything!! :D
