You know, as peeved as I am with Samsung once again screwing over the Note-series, I actually gave this serious thought. Read the fine print, offer ends 8/31, just 2 days before the release of the Note7. I at least want to know for certain that the recent negative rumors are true or false before choosing another phone.

KJ, I thought the Note7 was being released 8/2, not 9/2?

@dmapr: Yup, my bad. I'll blame it on my mind not working right. I get confused easily. So it is still an option for me. If the Note7 turns out as badly as I expect, I might do the s7

I heard that the Galaxy S7 is the least famous series from Samsung.
