Is it possible for me to fix it, its the seven button by the way, can i like buy parts from somewhere to fix it or is it broken forever. i have a motorola razr v3xx from at&t btw, if that helps any. oh and by broken i mean that it wont respond.
If you are up to the challenge of fixing it yourself there are people selling new keypads on Ebay. -Jay
Just go to Ebay and search for your part by model. Search Ebay for "Motorola V3xx keypad" Make sure you also have the mini-torx screwdriver set to take the housing apart. -Jay EDIT: I was just thinking. If its a V3xx then you are probably still under warranty. Just call cingular and ask for a warranty exchange. As soon as you open the housing the warranty is void.
i dont think im under warrant because my friend gave me this phone, thanks for the advice though 'preciate it
ATT doesn't care, as long as the phone is less than a year old. A friend of mine turned in a phone for warranty service that someone else gave her. They exchanged it no problems. -Jay
I wouldn't buy one off Ebay unless is say brand new and OEM product. most of the stuff on Ebay is knock off garbage IMO. My suggestion is go here and see if they have an original OEM replacement. Motorola - HTC, Tools, Apple, Nokia, Alcatel, Sony, BenQ-Siemens, 3G, SonyEricsson, Samsung
nice link thanks, and i dont get it, do i buy another oem flex thing or another key pad, which one do i need
