    Well regardless of what my friends told me i decided to try Sprint service out from AT&T....Sprint has the worst customer service then any other cell phone company i ever used. I tried there service out within the 30 day trial period, there service still sucks in rural areas in upstate NY. I had the phone for a total of 5 days before mailing it back to them. Its been now 3 months and They still have not gave me my money back for the Phone i bought. I have contacted the better business bureau along with my bank to assist helping me get my money back. Sprint says it take 3 to 4 months to close your account, for me I'm going on 4 months.

    Beware is all i have to say to anyone wishing to try there service out!:mad:

    I'm sorry to hear that after 3 months, Sprint has still not given you a credit....Along with the BBB, and your Bank, you may want to contact PlanetFeedback: Voice of One, Power of Many for help as well. I have heard about people that were in similar situations like yours in which planetfeedback was able to help resolve.

    Well sorry to hear it didn't work out for you but that doesn't mean the service is bad overall and that everyone will have the same experience as you. I know plenty of happy campers on SERO plans that have signed up over the past year or two all over the US. I do agree that customer service is lacking and could use improvement. I haven't had any problems myself but I'm assuming that because I do hear complaints about it on the forums. Good luck.

    sprint does have horrible CS, i had a charge on my bill about a vision pack upgrade that i didnt do.. so what happend, is that i didnt know that i need to shut off internet to my phone to not be charged for using it. nvr got told to do that so they give me a 30 dollar credit and say that they will shut down my phone from the internet.. next month rolls around a huge charge for the premium vision pack... i was p/o i call, this lady wouldnt give me my money back.. i really wish i could leave sprint without paying the 200$ deactivation fee.. any ideas? or at least change my phone..

    Great find there. Never seen that many numbers listed at the same time. I hope by posting this on here that they don't start cancelling some of those numbers now. I know that in the past whenever some numbers like this starting get passed around on the web they quickly discontinued the numbers.
