    i would just like to patronize the Better Business Bureau

    i was having a billing dispute with T-Mobile and i knew i was right......i called Better Business Bureau and they fixed everything........T-Mobile even refunded the shipping on both the phones for when they were originally sent out!!!!!!!!!!!!

    BBB should have been my first choice when i had that prblem because they resolved the issue in 3 days!!!!!!!!!

    I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SAMSUNG T809. i downloaded thsi music from the internet to the computer then to the samsung t809 but i can't play itz as mt ring tone can ANY ONE HELP ME SLOVE THIS PROBLEMM.HELP PLEASE

    yeah definitely not.......this is about claims to BBB

    but yeah the whole bill for me was the Nokia 6103 with a 1-year extension and when i mailed it back it got damaged by UPS.....it goes on and on....but they refunded the 127.99 in retail and taxes and then they refunded the shipping to originally ship the phone out to me and the shipping on the other phone that got upgraded on the account.......if you give and accurate statement then it will work fine.......ive heard really great success stories through the BBB
