I've noticed that the reception in my house has gone from good to great. I'll always get 5/5 bars, so I wanted to check the actual reception. I did a little reading HERE and decided to look at the Ec/Io of strongest active pilot. The lowest reading I ever see is 60, but today as I was driving around the outerbelt, I noticed it go to 45 for a second and return to 60.

I would love to hear more about this and wanted to know if 60 was some optimal number.
