My favorite consoles are Sega Genesis, Sega 32X, Sega CD, and Sega Gamegear.

    What about everyone else?

    No you don't Stupiud.

The reason I liked Sega is that I never had any Nintendo products, but I used to play Super NES over at my friends house once in a while.

I guess it's pretty bad that I still have all the systems I mentioned in my closet...LOL...[IMG]

I don't know why video games are so expensive.

    They used to be cheaper.

The Nintendo Gamecube is the cheapest system right now.

I guess we are paying for better graphics and a better processor in the gaming system.

The bad thing is, that I still have Playstation (the original one) and I have 48 games for it, and about 35 of them cost $50, and 13 cost $40, so that adds up to $2,270.00, which is A LOT OF MONEY.

I need to get a cheaper hobby...LOL!...[IMG], but video games are so addicting.

I only play sports games. I have the Gamecube and the only games I own for it are NCAA Football 2004 and NHL 2004. My wife has other games that she plays.

I liked the NES though...Blades of Steel! [IMG]

    gamer03,

your collection sounds like mine. actually my friend and i go in on games together. combined we have over 150 PS1 and PS2 games, almost all the good xbox games, and well over 300 NES, SNES and N64 games. i have like 4 different versions of atari consoles with games in my attic too. i used to have the toploader nintendos but i sold them for $250 on ebay!! (i purchased 2 from some guy for $75 each then turned around and sold them each for $250--- people REALLY wanted those things!!)

we actually had to purchase a shelving unit for all the games. we will be selling nintendo games online soon to get rid of what we dont use and just keep the ones we still occassionally play.

I won't argue with that, but the NES was the first system I saved enough money to buy. [IMG]

    I hear you kranium.

However, a lot of my friends like XBOX, so they are the ones that are starting to get me hooked onto the "box".

I used to be a Sony man, but know it looks like I might be starting to lean a little towards XBOX.

I have to go with N64. I know it is not that old of a system but I can't tell you how many nights my friends and I stayed up playing Mario Kart and WCW vs NWO. And when I say all night I mean from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. And I am talking we would have battles, people throwing controllers, and leaving pissed off. But of course I am married now and have a kid so can't really do that too often now.
