As a college student, finding a good cell phone service is hard because you not only have to worry about your reception at your permanent address, you have to worry about reception on campus and at your home in your school' s city. I go to UC Davis, and like you Cal and UCSD people, I' m worried about the reception. How is the reception with Cingular, Verizon and AT&T in Davis?

I have to use a cell to talk to my girlfriend (who' s in a different city) nitely and call my brother back east.
any info, comments, opinions, etc. would be greatly appreciated!!!

So Cingular for UC Davis? I'm looking for a plan for my sister who's coming to Davis in the fall.

Yeah... Defenately.... College towns, for some reason, are tough to get ok's for cell sites.... But Cingular got this done sometime back... You can try it for 14 days, and if you dont like, hey return it....

you have to get it at a cingular store to get the return policy. Other's you'll have to ask about it.
