I have a Sanyo MM7400 and my mom has another Sanyo phone but I forget the name. My charger is 5.4V 800mA and hers is 5.1V 700mA. My phone can plug into her charger too. Is there any harm in using a charger slighly above or below the voltage and mA that the phone should be using?

The difference is so small that there would be no problem. If the charger requirements were that different they would have made it so that the chargers were not interchangeable.
