Bad VERIZON customer service

    Is anyone else fed up with poor customer service from VERIZON. Just try to talk to a real person without driving to there store...IMPOSSIBLE! And is every clerk ther "in training?" As soon as my contract is up, I'm jumping to a new carrier!

    I have had no issues at all. What carrier are you going to? Most the others are worse! Sprint and at&t are terrible!

    It all depends on who you get on the phone and who you see in the store. Ive had some bad experiences at times while other times the customer service was great.

    I dont call cs that often but called and got a horrible rep so i called back and then got a great rep who solved my problem on the spot so it all depends.

    All the companies have good and bad. My ideal cell service is one that i never have to call cs.

    It sounds like to me you dont know how to talk to people...I have no issues with their customer service. Keeep in mind you will never find a better servicing carrier the VZW. They are clearly the# 1 carrier in my area, and love having them as a provider . Sounds like you dont get your way when u want it and thats why your moving to another carrier. Youll probably get sick of the new carrier your going to and there customer service and will go to a new provider then to.

    I haven't had any problems with customer service; one of my friends has had problems with customer service at one of the local corporate stores. According to her, they were unprofessional. Most Verizon users I know seem to be happy with the service received.

    Not all folks will be happy all the time with any given carrier; all I can say is to do what's right in your eyes. Be willing to pay the consequences, if need be.
