I have been trying to access backup assistant since Wednesday & it is still not working. Tech support thought it would be up & running by 5pm today, but i haven't been able to gain access thru my handset or the website.
Thanks for the reply. Just got off the phone with tech support & they have no idea when it will be back up. Has something to do with a system upgrade. He told me Verizon & IBM are still working on it.
Nope. I can't use it either. I've been trying to use if for the past few days and it won't work. Everyone I know who has Verizon can't access it.
